Kyber Five was founded by David Chung with a singular mission: to bridge the gap between human genius and technical scale. Our work is built for solopreneurs and small businesses, from one person up to about 50, who have mastered their craft but struggle with the "business machine" required to grow it.
David has spent 12+ years inside the operational backbone of the global coaching industry, not as a marketer looking in, but as an operator building systems from within. From seven years helping Marshall Goldsmith's team scale a global certification program to leading technology at Global Coach Group, where he rose to COO and still serves as a fractional COO, he saw the same pattern play out again and again: capable people held back because the marketing and systems behind them were never built. CoachOps, Kyber Five's system for coaches, is one answer. Mapping the process and building the systems behind it is the broader one.
