Kyber Five was founded by David Chung with a singular mission: to bridge the gap between human genius and technical scale. We work with coaches, consultants, and thought leaders who have mastered their craft but struggle with the "business machine" required to scale it.
David has spent 12+ years inside the operational backbone of the global coaching industry, not as a marketer looking in, but as an operator building systems from within. From helping Marshall Goldsmith's team scale a global certification program to leading operations at Global Coach Group, he saw the same pattern play out again and again: brilliant coaches struggling because they lacked systematic marketing. CoachOps is his answer to that problem.
