Put AI to work in your business without handing over the keys.
You know AI could take hours off your week. You just do not trust it enough to let it. Bosses of Tomorrow is a small group of owners who build with AI, check it, and lead with it. It starts with a free hour where I run my own content in front of you, start to finish.
Wed 4 Nov, 7pm Eastern (4pm Pacific) Thu 5 Nov, 11am Sydney pick your time zone
Sound familiar?
The problems I hear most from owners of small teams.
AI gives generic answers.
AI knows nothing about your clients, so it writes like it knows nothing.
You cannot tell if it is right.
It says a job is done when it is not, and you cannot always tell.
Follow-up keeps slipping.
Prep is rushed, notes get lost, and the reply goes out late.
These come from what I have written about and fixed for owners. Not from a survey.
The free hour
Wednesday 4 Nov, 7pm Eastern. Thursday 5 Nov, 11am Sydney.
One free hour. You see how I do it, and you keep the guides and skills.
Wed 4 Nov, 7:00 PM ET
About an hour, live.
Common times
- Eastern: Wed 4 Nov, 7pm
- Pacific: Wed 4 Nov, 4pm
- UK: Thu 5 Nov, midnight
- Korea: Thu 5 Nov, 9am
- Sydney and Melbourne: Thu 5 Nov, 11am
- Brisbane: Thu 5 Nov, 10am
- Perth: Thu 5 Nov, 8am
What the hour looks like
- Where we are heading (5 min). A finished article, carousel and short, so you see the result first.
- Your voice file (15 min). Built live from about a minute of talking.
- Interview to article (20 min). AI interviews you, and your opinions become a draft.
- Can you trust it? (5 min). Check the draft against your voice file and fact-check one claim.
- Carousel and shorts (5 min). Shown as what the same article becomes.
- Your questions (10 min). Then I tell you about the weekly group.
Tell me what you are stuck on. Add it when you register, and I will work through the most common ones live.
What one idea becomes
From my own content, as it came out. The same process you will see in the hour.
Ideas, research and design used to take me 8 to 15 hours a week. The loop brings it to under 2.
After the free hour
What the group works through
Eight parts of running a business with AI. Each has a few real things we build or fix. We start with content and customer follow-up, then work outward.
Content that sounds like you
You know you should be publishing, and it never gets done.
- A voice file, so every draft sounds like you
- One weekly article from a short interview
- A carousel and a short video from the same article
Customer follow-up
Prep happens in a rush, and the follow-up gets dropped.
- A one-page brief before every call
- Call notes turned into a follow-up draft you approve
- Looking up who a lead is before you reply
Day-to-day operations
The admin eats your morning.
- A daily brief from your calendar and inbox
- Drafted replies you check before they go
- A brief that survives being handed to someone else
Research for calls and decisions
You decide on a gut feeling because there was no time to look.
- Know a lead before the call
- A briefing on a topic from several angles
- Turning a video or a call into notes you can search
Website traffic and reports
You do not know where your customers really come from.
- A "how did you find me?" question on every form
- A monthly look at Google Search Console
- A report that tells you when it stops working
Small tools for your business
You keep doing the same task by hand.
- A short quiz that captures leads
- A simple report you can hand a client
- A one-page tool built with AI for your own task
AI rules for your team
Staff use AI and you cannot see how, or whether to trust it.
- Who owns each AI job, and what counts as used
- What AI may touch and what stays with you
- Having a second AI try to break the first one's work
What AI knows about your business
Every AI answer is generic because it knows nothing about you.
- Your business notes in plain files any AI can use
- A running log of what happened this week
- A chat that answers from your own documents
Every week, the same four things
A small live call, on a regular day, for owners with or heading to a small team.
-
1. Your work
Bring a real task. We build or fix one piece of it live.
-
2. A check you can trust
We test the output before it goes out. Do not grade your own homework.
-
3. One hard question
AI, your team, who owns what. The business questions that do not fit a tutorial.
-
4. One thing shipped
You leave with one piece working and one commitment for next week.
Third Wednesday: the open panel
Once a month we hold a panel discussion about work, the impact of AI, and how things are changing. A second perspective is often what a decision needs, so members and guests bring theirs.
Your host
David Chung is a fractional Chief AI Officer. He builds these systems for small businesses and runs them in his own, and he shows what broke as well as what worked. This is still evolving. As the technology changes, we will keep improving and making things better, together.
Free. About an hour. Live.
Save your seat
Your answer to the first question is your RSVP. I read every one, and the most common ones go on screen in the hour.
